Crocheted Samurai Helmet for Bryan

I have just finished this hat for Bryan at Trader Joe's in Burlington. I have learned a lot about Japanese weaponry and decoration because of this custom request. I have LOVED the challenge of making this cozy helmet.

Crocheted Votives

I got inspired the other night to crochet votives. I plan to sell these with little battery powered lights for Etsy.com and at my upcoming show at Jill Bent's house 36 Shea Rd. Cambridge MA on Dec.6 1-5pm. Come and see them in person.

Val's Moose

Betty T. wanted to get a moose sweatshirt for Val after she regretted not buying one while in the Adirondacks last summer. So for Val's b-day, Betty comissioned me to make one for her. This is from a free image I found on-line, made a fabric applique and hand sewed the moose to the sweatshirt. Val is modeling it for me.
